Let us tell you a story

Andrea and Brian had long planned a summer getaway to the Fiji Islands. They had pored over the guide books and made plans. When Brian’s car was broken into a few days before the start of their trip, they were horrified when they realized the thieves had made off with Brian’s passport.

Brian worked with the police and made a report of the break-in while Andrea called their insurance company. Unfortunately, it would be weeks before they could get an updated passport for Brian, so they were forced to cancel their trip. With the police report, however, they were able to make a claim on their travel insurance policy and received a check for all their pre-paid expenses. They would work on replacing Brian’s passport and reschedule the trip as soon as they could.
